Lava beads are formed from rocks that are cooled lava from a volcano. They are an igneous rock, meaning they are formed from the cooling and solidification of melted rock, and the word itself means 'fire.' They have a textured pourous surface that can be infused with essential oils. The colorful gemstone beads represent the chakras, which in Sanskrit refers to the energy centers in your body. The goal is for one's chakras to stay open and balanced.
