STORE HOURS

Hours are 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. During off-season, (after Labor Day and into October), evening hours are until 6:00 pm.
We are open daily, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas.


HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Order through the shopping cart, place your order by email, phone or by fax.
Phone and fax orders require:


1) Your credit card number (We do not recommend emailing your number.
      You can call it in after your email order is received.)
2) Expiration date, and three-digit code on the back of the card.
3) Your name and billing address and shipping address (if different).
4) Your phone number


WHICH PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED BY CARAVAN GALLERY?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.


HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Jewelry Shipping Rates:

International orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. If necessary, we will contact you with more information before processing your order.

Non-Jewelry Shipping Rates:

Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling, shipping, and insurance via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

If your non-jewelry item fits in a USPS Priority Medium Flat Rate Box, estimated shipping charges are below.

Please note, large or heavy gifts and artifacts or international orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. If necessary, we will contact you with more information before processing your order.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?

No. We do not have sales tax in the US Virgin Islands.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REACH ME?

You can expect to receive your Priority Mail merchandise within 4-7 business days after your order has been processed. Express Mail normally takes 2-3 business days. Naturally, we cannot guarantee delivery time with the Post Office. Christmas gift orders should be placed by December 11th to ensure delivery via Priority Mail.


WHAT IF MY ITEM IS BACK ORDERED?

We will notify you via email or phone. At that point, you can choose to wait, or cancel your order. You will be notified when the item ships.


CAN I EXCHANGE MY JEWELRY OR ST. JOHN HOOK BRACELET?

We are happy to help you. Within fifteen days of the invoice date, return your jewelry to us. It must be in new condition. Please package in a sturdy box, not an envelope, and wrap it in bubble wrap for protection. Caravan Gallery is not responsible for damages incurred during return shipping.
Please include with your return the following information:

1) Your name, email address and telephone number
2) Caravan Gallery receipt (not the credit card receipt)
3) A note with your reason for return
4) Include credit card payment information or a check for $10.00.


DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE?

Certainly. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please notify us via email (preferred) or phone, within thirty days of the invoice date. We will be happy to help you.


CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Yes. If the product is still in new condition, you are welcome to exchange or return any item for a full refund of the original purchase price. Please make any returns in the original shipping box it came in, carefully packed. Include contact information (email and phone). When it is received, we will contact you. Items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging will not be refunded. Please note: no shipping costs are refundable.


WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN ITEM BROKEN IN SHIPMENT?

All shipments from Caravan Gallery are insured. We make every effort to ensure safe delivery, however, if your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department within five (5) business days. Please keep all packaging materials and merchandise in the original box for USPS inspection. We will direct you on how to proceed.
